Pet Policy

Residents with pet(s) will be required to agree and sign an additional addendum to their Lease Agreement. Unlimited Properties policies are as follows:

• Maximum 2 pets
• One-time non-refundable pet fee: $250
• Cat rent: $25/mo. (per cat)
• Small dog (<25 lbs) rent: $25/mo. (per small dog)
• Medium dog (26-75 lbs) rent: $50/mo. (per medium dog)
• Large dog (>75 lbs) rent: $100/mo. (per large dog)
• Renters insurance required
• Fish and other animals are allowed pending approval

Pet fees and pet rent will be waived for Emotional Support Animals and/or Service Animals upon submitting appropriate documentation.
